Welcome to a unique edition of Bridgewater magazine. This impact report combines the remarkable stories you love with our traditional annual report and honor roll of donors and includes special content about Connections: The Campaign for Bridgewater College.
As we ended our fiscal year in June, we celebrated the successful completion of the Connections Campaign, exceeding our target by five percent while raising $36.7 million from more than 1,100 donors. Thanks to your investments—coupled with sound fiscal management—the College is pleased to report a strong financial position.
The most extraordinary successes at BC happen when we work together to provide opportunities for our students. There is no greater evidence of this than what we accomplished this year, thanks to the trust and generosity of our alumni and friends. Campaign contributions fueled critical priorities at the College including three named schools, new academic programs like engineering and student financial support in the form of endowed scholarships and our current-use Eagle Fund. In addition, our commitment to tuition transparency helps make more students and families aware of the life-changing opportunities available at Bridgewater.
Throughout this publication you will see that every gift matters. We’ll share some statistics about the campaign, bring you news from across the mall and tell stories that illustrate the connection between the numbers and the impact you have on the College.
