Bridgewater College welcomes three new full-time faculty members for the 2024-2025 academic year. They join the School of Natural Sciences and the Bonnie Forrer and John Harvey Rhodes School of Arts and Humanities.
The new faculty members, announced by Executive Vice President and Provost Dr. Leona Sevick, are:
Lorinda Cullip, who joins the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science as a practitioner in residence in computer science. Cullip received an M.S. in computer science from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and a B.S. in computer science from the University of Maryland.
Matthew Lamb, who joins the Department of Philosophy and Religion as an instructor of philosophy. Lamb received a Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Rochester in New York, an M.A. in philosophy from Colorado State University and a B.A. in philosophy from the University of North Florida.
Mohammad Nasim Uddin, who joins the Department of Engineering and Physics as an assistant professor of engineering. Uddin received a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
